How to place an order?
Add your items to your cart, click "Place Order" and follow the secure payment steps. You will receive an email confirmation.
Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
Contact us quickly by email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to modify it.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
DELIVERY
What are the delivery times?
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
What are the delivery charges?
- France: Free delivery or €8.99 depending on the option chosen
- EU: €22.00
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item, in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
Contact us by email for return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return.
